Front of House Supervisor - Sports Direct - Newry

At Sports Direct, we're looking for a skilled Front of House Supervisor to join our team in Newry. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and secure shopping environment, minimizing stock loss, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage risk and create a culture of commercial awareness, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment.
  • Work closely with the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, providing a presence to protect and minimize stock loss.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance stock loss culture, including training, data review, and risk assessments.
  • Identify and communicate risks, complete safety and security checks, and report information to ensure a secure environment.
  • Ensure company policies and standards are adhered to, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, with a focus on customer service and security.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store teams, customers, and external agencies.
