Front of House/Door Supervisor Opportunity at Sports Direct Newry

Frasers Group, the retail success story of the decade, is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Front of House/Door Supervisor to join their team in Newry. As part of their continued expansion plan, they aim to create a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evolve retail delivery for customers by bringing skill and passion to the role.
  • Manage risk and create a culture of commercial awareness while maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Provide a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in store.
  • Be a point of contact for customers and visitors, welcoming and advising them while remaining vigilant to potential risks.
  • Support the Store Manager in enhancing the stock loss culture, including training, reviewing data, and completing risk assessments.
  • Identify and communicate risks, complete safety and security checks, and act as a deterrent on the shop floor.
  • Ensure company policies and standards are adhered to.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Commitment to working as part of the store team.
  • Self-motivation and initiative.
  • Confident communication skills to build relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers.
