Job Title: Front of House/Door Supervisor

At Sports Direct, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House/Door Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our customers and staff, while also providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front of house area, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
  • Monitor and report any security incidents or concerns to the Store Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to implement security protocols and procedures to prevent loss and minimize risk.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance the security and safety of the store.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail or security role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
