Front of House/Door Supervisor Opportunity at Sports Direct

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House/Door Supervisor to join our team at Sports Direct in Newry. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers and staff.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a high level of customer service while ensuring the security and integrity of our store. This will involve working closely with the store team to identify and mitigate potential risks, as well as maintaining a visible presence on the shop floor to deter any external threats.

In addition to your customer-facing role, you will also be responsible for completing tasks to support the Store Manager in enhancing the stock loss culture in store. This will include training the store team, reviewing targeted data, completing risk assessments, and taking ownership of the front of house standards and disciplines.

We are looking for a self-motivated and confident individual who is able to build great relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers. If you have previous experience working in a retail environment and are committed to working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of security and integrity in the store
  • Work closely with the store team to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Complete tasks to support the Store Manager in enhancing the stock loss culture in store
  • Train the store team on security procedures and protocols
  • Review targeted data and complete risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
