Job Title: Front of House/Door Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House/Door Supervisor to join our team at Sports Direct. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers, while also driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with stock loss and theft
  • Develop and implement effective security protocols to prevent and detect shoplifting
  • Work closely with the store team to create a positive and welcoming customer experience
  • Identify and communicate potential risks and threats to the store management team
  • Conduct regular safety and security checks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a security or loss prevention role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills
