Executive Administration Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Lead to join our team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in the administration of our surgical division.
About the Role
This Senior Administration Position will be responsible for the organisation and management of administrative staff across our Winchester and Basingstoke offices. The successful candidate will have experience of working with multiple NHS systems, managing workload, and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the administration team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement new protocols and procedures to address administrative issues and improve processes.
- Review and establish administrative processes to ensure compliance with local and national targets.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience of working in the NHS, preferably in a similar administration role.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the successful candidate can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave.
