About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Child and Family Social Worker to join our Permanency and Pathways Team in Flintshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting Looked After Children and their families, ensuring they receive the right services at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with children, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Develop and implement care plans that prioritize the needs and well-being of children.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on child and family social care.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of services that meet the needs of children and families.
