Hybrid Payroll Processing Professional

CV Library is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team, working in a hybrid environment with access to fantastic staff benefits and great career progression opportunities.
Job Summary:This role involves processing all aspects of payroll, including BACS operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. You will assist the team with first-line payroll checks, evaluate payroll calculations for technical compliance, and establish regular communication with clients.
Responsibilities:- Process payroll, including pension contributions and statutory payments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist the team with payroll-related tasks, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Evaluate payroll calculations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate regularly with clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience of payroll processing in a bureau environment, with a strong understanding of financial systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of Excel for data analysis and management, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Familiarity with statutory payments and deductions, with a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, based on the location and requirements of the position.
