We are looking for a talented Payroll Administrator to join our team at CV Library, working in a hybrid environment with access to fantastic staff benefits and great career progression opportunities.
Key Tasks:- Process payroll, including BACS operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
- Assist the team with payroll-related tasks, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Evaluate payroll calculations for technical compliance, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Establish regular communication with clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Process pensions, statutory pay, and make necessary deductions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the Payroll Bureau Manager in achieving business objectives, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
- Proven experience of end-to-end payroll processing in a bureau environment, with a strong understanding of financial systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of Excel for data analysis and management, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Familiarity with statutory payments and deductions, with a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, based on the location and requirements of the position.
