A finance professional is required to oversee the implementation of Sage Intacct and manage daily finance operations at Brellis Recruitment's headquarters near Banbury.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead the finance team in achieving efficient workflow and accurate financial reporting.
- Monthly Management Reporting: Prepare and present monthly management accounts and reports to senior management, highlighting key financial insights.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine financial processes to align with the new Sage Intacct system, ensuring seamless integration.
- External Auditors Liaison: Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and timely completion of audits, maintaining a strong relationship.
- Balance Sheet Review: Conduct regular reviews of balance sheet accounts to maintain financial health and identify areas for improvement.
- Project Assistance: Provide financial expertise and support for various company projects, driving strategic decision-making.
- Qualifications: Qualified or part-qualified in finance or accounting, with experience in managing departmental accounts.
- Inter-company Accounting: Proven experience in handling inter-company accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
This role is primarily office-based at our headquarters near Banbury, with occasional travel to our manufacturing site within 10 miles of HQ. The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
