Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a Hybrid Payroll Operations Manager to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd.
The successful candidate will work closely with a specialist software client in the Hospitality space on a hybrid basis, processing payroll, including BACS operations, and meeting deadlines.
This role requires a strong background in payroll, particularly in high-volume payroll (circa 2000 payslips) or payroll bureau service operations. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of statutory deductions, including pensions and auto enrolment.
The Hybrid Payroll Operations Manager will be responsible for using their skills in Excel, running/reconciling reports, and importing CSV data files to assist first line payroll checks for accurate and technically compliant payroll calculations, process pensions, sick pay, and holiday pay, and perform ad-hoc payroll duties as required.
The estimated salary for this role is around £38,000 per annum, taking into account industry standards and location.
