Job Description

As a Senior Payroll Specialist at Antony James Recruitment Ltd, you will be working with a specialist software client in the Hospitality space on a hybrid basis. Your role will involve processing payroll, including BACS operations, and meeting deadlines.

The successful candidate will have end-to-end payroll experience, specifically with high-volume payroll (circa 2000 payslips) or payroll bureau service operations. They must have a solid understanding of statutory deductions, including pensions and auto enrolment.

We are looking for someone who is competent in using Excel, running/reconciling reports, and importing CSV data files. The ideal candidate will be able to assist first line payroll checks for accurate and technically compliant payroll calculations, process pensions, sick pay, and holiday pay, and perform ad-hoc payroll duties as required.

In addition, they should be able to support the Payroll Bureau Manager to ensure client and statutory deadlines are met and process documents are maintained.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
