Field Account Manager

We are excited to announce an exciting new job opportunity at Verisure Careers for a Field Account Manager. As a Field After-Sales Executive, you will be servicing customers alarms and advising them on the best security and safety solution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to provide class-leading expertise in retaining accounts during the cancellation process. With over 35 years of experience and innovation, we are committed to providing our customers with peace of mind by protecting what matters most to them.
As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with our customers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for dealing with escalated high-level complaints and working with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service customer alarms and advise on best security and safety solutions
- Develop and implement retention strategies to minimize account losses
- Deal with escalated high-level complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements:
- Manual driving license required
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary package (£24,500 basic, increasing with role progression, plus uncapped commission)
