Role Overview:

Craft Gin Club, a pioneering spirits club, is seeking an experienced Mixology and Product Innovation Manager to drive the development of our beverage offerings.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in mixology, product innovation, and project management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, developing new products, and leading cross-functional projects from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cocktail Development: Design and develop unique cocktail recipes for our magazine and photo shoots, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Cocktail of the Month (COTM) Program: Manage the COTM program for gin, rum, and limited-edition boxes, including monthly cocktail and syrup development, and lead meetings with partnerships, content, and branding teams.
  • Product Development: Oversee syrup and garnish development, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of all components.
  • Project Management: Plan and manage production timelines, maintain accurate stock and cost tracking, and identify emerging trends to drive innovative products.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: 5+ years in mixology, product innovation, or NPD in the beverage or hospitality industries.
  • Skills: Strong project management capabilities, quality and flavour expertise, people skills, financial acumen, organisation, and data savviness.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in the craft of drink making and a love for spirits, especially gin and rum.
