About the Role:

We're looking for a Cocktail Bartender who is intuitive, socially interactive, and obsessed with the smallest details. You'll engage with our guests, take pride in delivering exceptional experiences, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in cocktail preparation.
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the barback and other team members.
  • Upsell and promote featured cocktails and specials.

Requirements:

  • Resilient and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Honest, hardworking, and a team player.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and driven professional.
  • A multi-tasker who is fast and charismatic.
  • Experience with Cocktail bartending and free pouring is desired, but not essential.
