Job Title: Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to support our client's directors and ensure the smooth running of daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure directors have sufficient time to complete required tasks.
  • Provide high-quality typing and document preparation services.
  • Manage and maintain organized filing systems and electronic documents.
  • Keep accurate business records and maintain company address books, codes, and passwords.
  • Triage incoming mail, draft responses, and escalate delays while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Liaise with solicitors and other professionals on behalf of the directors.
  • Provide accounting support, including preparing information for finance and processing expense recharges.
  • Maintain a library of reports and assist with mailings such as annual accounts.
  • Diary and event management, including organizing and attending meetings.
  • Assist with purchasing and accepting deliveries, and handle office consumables as needed.
  • Provide cover for other PAs and assist with ad hoc office tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and confident handling electronic and paper records.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act on your own initiative.
