About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Part-time Development Manager to join our team at Avon Lodge in Southbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, making a positive difference every day to the lives of our Home Owners.

This varied and interesting role will see you working closely with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and organising activities and events for Owners.

We are looking for someone who loves working with people, has a background in administration and customer service, and is passionate about providing a first-class service to our Owners.

About You

This position is ideally suited to people with experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.

A successful Development Manager is someone who is focused on providing excellent customer service, has excellent administration skills, and is able to work independently using their own initiative.
