About the role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to cover absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at Lodges within reasonable travelling distance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners.

Based at a central desk within the development, you will be a visible and reassuring presence, while administering the office and arranging contractors to maintain the building. Your role will also involve facilitating social events and supporting the sales team with customer viewings.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people and socialising. You will also need to be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy when dealing with Owners, while also having the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of the Owners and the security of the developments.

Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous. You will also need to be computer literate with previous experience of using outlook.
