Relief Lodge Manager

We are seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for covering the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an 'as and when' basis at our retirement developments in the region.
Your primary focus will be on managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to our Owners. You will be based at a central desk within the development, where you will be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office and arranging contractors to maintain the building.
You will also play a key role in facilitating social events and supporting the sales team with customer viewings. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.
As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of departments and external contacts, promoting a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Owners.

You will be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy when necessary, while also having the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of our Owners and the security of our developments.
Previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer service, or hospitality would be advantageous, but not essential.
