About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Stevenson Lodge, Westbourne. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents.
  • Provide a first-class service to Owners, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers, managing contractors and scheduling maintenance.
  • Organise activities and events for Owners, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
  • Complete health and safety checks, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in administration, customer service, and maintenance. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for providing a high level of service.
