About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and their lifestyle is enhanced.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, providing a friendly and approachable service to our residents. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, liaising with contractors, scheduling maintenance, and completing health and safety checks.

You will also be responsible for organizing activities and events for our residents, ensuring they have a happy and fulfilling lifestyle. Your passion for excellent customer service is vital, and you will be expected to provide a high level of service to our residents at all times.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. You will have excellent administration skills, be computer literate, and have previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

You will be an outgoing and friendly person, with a love of people and a passion for providing a first-class customer service. You will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative, and will have good judgement and the ability to be calm under pressure.
