About the Job:
- This role involves working 40.25 hours per week on a night shift, earning a competitive hourly rate of £12.48, plus a 50p night allowance.
- The successful candidate will be required to follow a two-week rota, ensuring seamless care delivery.

- Deliver high-quality rehabilitation support to individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and self-empowerment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans, addressing specific requirements.
