About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to inform business development strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support business development initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's services and areas of expertise, and use this knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ensure that all business development activities are aligned with the company's overall business strategy and objectives
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business development strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Highly organized and methodical, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of the company's services and areas of expertise, and the ability to use this knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities
