Service Excellence Team Lead

 

We are looking for a talented Service Excellence Team Lead to join our team at The Marylebone. This role involves taking control and responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the 108 Brasserie, ensuring facilities are maintained to the required standards and departmental budgeted profitability is achieved.

You will develop a cohesive and trained team who are able to provide superior guest service and maximize revenue. Ensuring that guests are served in a friendly and efficient manner and that the guest receives their order to specified standard within the appropriate time for success in LQA and Forbes scores is essential.

As a Service Excellence Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000, depending on experience.
