Fever-Tree Ltd, a leading player in the mixer category, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join its Operational Finance team.
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in driving automation projects in the payables process, ensuring efficient processing, reducing manual entry and intervention, and improving service levels.
The ideal candidate will have excellent understanding of accounts payable processes, experience in managing payables processes and/or teams, and a self-disciplined and efficient nature.
In this fast-paced environment, you will be required to provide training to the team, ensure new members are onboarded, issues identified are resolved, and processes continually improved.
You will be working closely with the team to define how Fever-Tree evolves as a brand, continuing to grow and innovate within the mixer category.
About This Role- Review supplier statement reconciliations, confirming that process is followed, actions are taken and issues followed up and resolved.
- Drive automation projects in the payables process, to speed up processing, reduce manual entry/intervention and improve service levels.
- Provide training to the team to ensure that new team members are onboarded, issues identified are resolved and processes continually improved.
- Excellent understanding of accounts payable processes and experience in managing payables processes and/or teams.
- Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature.
- Interest in the FMCG industry.
- Understanding of wider accounting processes and systems.
- Intermediate level experience with Excel.
