We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator for our client, a rapidly growing family-run business. This is a full-time and permanent position. Your main role will be to manage the marketing and promotion of the business, and in return, you will be offered a salary depending on experience of £25,000-£28,000.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop, document, and maintain the marketing strategy for the business.
2. Devise and implement the agreed marketing plan.
3. Create advertisements on various platforms.
4. Generate and coordinate PR activities for the business.
5. Design and produce content for websites and other digital channels.
6. Act as the primary point of contact, lead, and coordinate community involvement.
7. Handle the preparation, management, and booking of entertainers.
8. Seek out new ways of promoting the business.
9. Work closely with Senior Management to achieve company success.
**Required Skills:**
1. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
2. Confidence and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
3. Proven track record of managing marketing channels.
4. Minimum 2 years in a marketing position and/or relevant qualifications.
This is an exciting and varied role that requires a proactive and creative individual who can contribute to the growth and success of our client's business.
