About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Adecco.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, handling communications with clients and candidates, and staying organized to support the Principal and Senior Perms Sales Consultants.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a people-first mentality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Perms desk with candidate and client communications
  • Carry out pre-employment and compliance checks
  • Recruit a pool of office professionals through advertising and job boards
  • Receive and review applications, conducting initial screenings and registering candidates
  • Provide exceptional candidate care
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract top candidates
About You

We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, has excellent attention to detail, and is happy to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and priorities, working closely with the team to achieve targets and budgets.
