About this role

The University of Chichester is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Coordinator to support the strategic and operational delivery of marketing campaigns that enhance postgraduate and international student recruitment.

Campaigns would include targeted marketing communications, events, and publications, such as emails, SMS, direct mail, advertising, and print and digital publications.

As a Marketing Campaigns Coordinator, you will work with the rest of the campaigns team and design team to pull together the undergraduate and postgraduate prospectuses, which would include copywriting, sourcing images, quotes, and content.

You will support the Marketing Campaigns Manager in providing data insights to inform acquisition, conversion, and enrolment to stakeholders across the university.

You'll be joining a highly professional, committed, and student-focused community and work within a small, friendly, and flexible team.

The role sits within the wider Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions, and Communications team based on the Bishop Otter Campus, Chichester.

We are looking for someone with a passion for digital delivery and data with an understanding of corporate CRM systems.

You will have knowledge and strong expertise in marketing campaigns, in particular email and SMS marketing, understanding workflows, customer journeys, and conversion.

We are seeking a strategic thinker to continuously improve user journeys and experience through communications and survey analysis.

You should have a strong eye for detail and a user-first approach to design and navigation, utilising data to improve processes but also reporting findings from surveys and reports.
