- Set up meeting rooms and events areas to exceed guest expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during events, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
- Serve food and beverages with a smile, delivering high standards of service and presentation.
- Prepare tea/coffee breaks and stations with precision, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Anticipate and resolve guest requests, always striving to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
