About the Opportunity:

We are recruiting for a Mathematics Curriculum Developer to join our team at a prestigious Secondary School in Kettering. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Maths Teacher to contribute to the development of our Maths curriculum and inspire students to achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging Maths lessons to KS3/4, with the possibility of teaching KS5. Our school provides a collaborative and supportive environment where staff can grow and develop professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and deliver high-quality Maths lessons to meet the needs of students across KS3/4, with the possibility of teaching KS5.
  • To contribute to the development of our Maths curriculum, ensuring it aligns with national standards and meets the needs of our students.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to promote a love of Maths learning and create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

About You:

  • You hold a Degree in a relevant subject and have completed a PGCE or QTS program.
  • You have experience working as a Maths Teacher in a Secondary School, including PGCE-led training.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Salary Information:

The salary for this role will be paid to scale on a permanent contract to £45,493 - £62,407 per annum (MPS/UPS).
