**Job Role:** Early Years Workforce Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Years Workforce Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality childcare and education to young children.

In this role, you will work as part of a team to create and maintain safe and supportive learning environments, plan and implement opportunities to enhance children's development, and complete observations linked to the early years curriculum. You will also interact positively with all nursery users and work in partnership with colleagues and parents to ensure all children's individual needs are met.

You will have the chance to gain valuable, practical childcare experience, working with children aged 0-5 years in a nursery setting, and will have access to a childcare trainer/assessor and group training sessions.

We offer a competitive salary of £13,000 - £17,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including training and development opportunities and functional skills qualifications in maths and English.
