About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join our team at MTrec Commercial. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
