We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dutch speaking customer service administrator to join our team at MTrec Commercial. As a customer service administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
