**Job Title:** Healthcare Assistant Practitioner End Point Assessor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Assistant Practitioner to join our team as an End Point Assessor. As an EPA, you will be responsible for assessing the performance of apprentices in the Healthcare Assistant Practitioner standard.

Key Responsibilities:*

  • Assess the performance of apprentices in the Healthcare Assistant Practitioner standard
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality assessment outcomes
  • Work independently to assess and report on apprentice performance
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Support the development and implementation of EPA protocols and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in healthcare with experience in a relevant setting
  • Proven assessment skills with experience in leading meetings/structured interviews/discussions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and regulatory requirements in healthcare
