Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

About the Role:

  • Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring their individual needs are met effectively in a dynamic educational setting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering differentiated lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, promoting a culture of inclusivity and academic excellence.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential, with a strong emphasis on SEN support.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing assessments to track student progress and inform future interventions, ensuring seamless collaboration with educational professionals.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification, ideally with placements as part of your course, demonstrating a strong foundation in educational support.
  • Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support students effectively, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a culture of mutual respect and trust.
  • Flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with SEN, with a strong emphasis on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
