About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our customers, helping them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to customers, helping them to develop life skills and independence
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality support services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer support plans
  • Monitor and report any changes in customer circumstances or needs

Requirements

  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults or young people
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use electronic records systems
  • Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
