Job Title: Digital Account Manager Ecommerce

Connexity, a Taboola company, is seeking a proactive Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a pioneer in online advertising and campaign technology, we deliver $2B in annual sales by connecting retailers to shoppers on the most desirable retail content channels.

The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of Merchant / Advertiser / Brand accounts, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for merchant accounts, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Strategic Guidance: Understand client needs and goals, providing actionable plans and solutions to grow traffic diversification and monthly budget allocations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyze data, and provide clients with insights.
  • Networking: Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions to build industry connections.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in customer success or account management in advertising or e-commerce.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French and English (business level: speaking and writing).
  • Track Record: Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital advertising, and performance marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
