About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support residents with their physical, emotional, and social needs, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve your skills and knowledge.
