The Role:

Our care homes provide a supportive environment for our Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents. You will assist them with daily living activities, while supporting their mental, physical, social, and emotional well-being. You will also provide keyworker support to specific residents, demonstrating empathy and compassion.

Each resident is unique, and your person-centred approach to care planning will ensure they receive the care that suits them best. Whether you are new to care or have experience, you will be well-supported in your role as a Care Assistant, with access to a first-class induction, ongoing personal development, and opportunities for progression.
