Role Overview

Hudson RPO is seeking an experienced Front Office Recruiter to join our team in London. As a Front Office Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional recruitment service and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for front office roles in the Commodities and Global Markets sector, including sales, trading, quantitative analysts, oil and gas traders, commodities trading, FX, futures, clearing, and securities trading.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, while acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage and attract top talent in the market, utilizing LinkedIn and other platforms to build relationships with candidates across all levels of seniority.
  • Partner with on-site and global clients, including HR and Compliance teams, to ensure regulatory requirements are met and complex offers are negotiated.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting inclusive hiring practices and participating in diversity-focused recruitment events.
  • Ensure diversity of thought and background is considered in the hiring process to help enhance innovation within the Commodities and Global Markets sector.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide market insights and data to stakeholders to improve the hiring strategy and ensure the best candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven recruitment experience, either in-house or through RPO, specifically in Front Office recruitment within banking, investment banking, or financial services.
  • Proven experience recruiting for sales and trading roles, such as quantitative analysts and commodities traders, in high-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and the ability to influence strategy and decision-making.
  • Experience working with global financial institutions or major energy companies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, ATS management, and innovative sourcing techniques, including social media.
  • Proven ability to build diverse talent pipelines for front office roles in Commodities and Global Markets.
  • Experience working with teams or stakeholders who prioritize inclusivity and diversity, helping to ensure balanced representation within recruitment efforts.
