About the Role
As a Front Office Hospitality Specialist, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for providing warm and personalized service to our guests. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure seamless service delivery and a smooth guest experience.
- Process guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, and mobile chat, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our hotel's services and facilities.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
