Front Office Recruitment Specialist

Job DescriptionThis role will drive experienced hire recruitment for the Commodities & Global Markets business in the EMEA region. You will work closely with internal teams to develop effective sourcing strategies, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for front office roles, including sales, trading, quantitative analysts, oil and gas traders, commodities trading, FX, futures, clearing, and securities trading.
- Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, while acting as a trusted advisor.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing creative sourcing strategies to engage top talent in the market, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn to build relationships across all levels of seniority.
- Partnering with clients, including HR and Compliance teams, to ensure regulatory requirements are met and complex offers are negotiated.
- Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting inclusive hiring practices and participating in events focused on diversity.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks throughout the recruitment process.
- Providing market insights and data to stakeholders to improve the hiring strategy and candidate experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven recruitment experience in Front Office recruitment within banking, investment banking, or financial services.
- Experience working with global financial institutions or major energy companies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, ATS management, and innovative sourcing techniques, including social media.
- Ability to build diverse talent pipelines for front office roles in Commodities and Global Markets.
- Experience working with teams that prioritize inclusivity and diversity.
The estimated salary range for this position is between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
