Job Title: Head of Operations and Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Operations and Strategy. This is a senior leadership role that will play a critical part in driving the success of our organization.

Job Purpose:

The Head of Operations and Strategy will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our operational strategy, ensuring that our business operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with our overall goals. This role will also be responsible for driving business performance and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our business goals and objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of business performance metrics and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and business performance
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders and teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
  • Lead change management and communications activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will have:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, operations, management)At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a similar industryProven track record of driving business performance and operational excellenceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Our Team:
