We are seeking a skilled and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at 3Search.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to engage and convert target audiences.
  • Develop, curate, and manage content across multiple digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and online portals.
  • Oversee organic social media channels, contributing to content strategy, creation, execution, and reporting.
  • Design and refine email marketing campaigns to support customer relationship management (CRM) strategy.
  • Work with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and paid social media platforms.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on digital platform performance to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
  • Identify and explore new digital channels to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in digital marketing across various channels, including email, social media, advertising, and website management.
  • An analytical mindset with a strong sense of creativity, capable of producing and optimizing innovative campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting abilities with an aptitude for engaging and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
