Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Innovator to join our Customer Success team and drive the success of our newly formed team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and collaborating closely with commercial and digital teams to achieve business objectives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple brands and industries, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing technologies, analytics, and data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for proposing and delivering innovative marketing solutions that meet and exceed partner expectations, while also providing regular performance updates and analytics to ensure alignment of objectives and longevity of partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute high-quality marketing campaigns aligned to partner objectives and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate closely with commercial and digital teams to propose and deliver innovative marketing solutions.
- Provide regular performance updates and analytics to partners, ensuring alignment of objectives and longevity of partnerships.
- Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue and performance.
- Maintain accurate targeting and use of our database to ensure maximum opportunities for each partner.
- Support in the development of marketing segmentations and conversion journeys for different customers.
We are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Innovator who has:
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns and digital technologies (e.g. digital advertising, social media, email marketing, partnerships).
- Highly creative with experience in identifying successful target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Demonstrable experience of using analytics tools to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate tests and a broad understanding of web design/UX.
- Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Results orientated with strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills to nurture and work with the commercial and digital teams.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday, pension scheme and flexible working arrangements. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company and take your career to the next level.
