Join our team at G2 Legal Limited as a Court of Protection Paralegal and contribute to the success of our expanding Court of Protection team in Manchester.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Paralegal to support our solicitors in managing day-to-day Court of Protection cases. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in drafting documents, conducting research, liaising with clients and preparing court applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist solicitors in managing day-to-day Court of Protection cases, including drafting correspondence, statements and reports
  • Liaise with clients, their families, medical professionals, social workers and other third parties
  • Ensure all case files and billing records are kept up-to-date and accurate

About You:

  • Prior experience as a paralegal, preferably within Court of Protection or a related legal field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Genuine passion for the Court of Protection and mental capacity law
