We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Court of Protection team in Manchester. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting solicitors with case management, including drafting documents, conducting research, and liaising with clients and third parties.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting solicitors in managing day-to-day Court of Protection cases, including drafting correspondence, statements, and reports
  • Liaising with clients, their families, medical professionals, social workers, and other third parties
  • Ensuring all case files and billing records are kept up-to-date and accurate

About you:

  • Prior experience as a paralegal, preferably within Court of Protection or a related legal field
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Genuine passion for the Court of Protection and mental capacity law
