About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Court of Protection team in Manchester. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting solicitors with case management, including drafting documents, conducting research, and liaising with clients and third parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist solicitors in managing day-to-day Court of Protection cases, including drafting correspondence, statements, and reports.
  • Liaise with clients, their families, medical professionals, social workers, and other third parties to ensure effective case management.
  • Ensure all case files and billing records are kept up-to-date and accurate.
