About the Role:

This Therapeutic Learning Specialist position requires a highly skilled and compassionate educator who can design and deliver tailored interventions to meet the complex needs of students with SEMH difficulties.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student, promoting positive relationships, and encouraging active participation in the learning process.

In addition to teaching, you will also contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in regular progress monitoring and review meetings.
