Hd6 is actively recruiting for Therapeutic Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized support to students with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.
We are seeking talented individuals with a Psychology or Criminology degree, who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
About the Role:
- Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement student-centered plans
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
